Refund Policy:

Due to the immediate and irreversible access provided upon purchase, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once the purchase has been completed.

Why This Policy Exists:

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused. This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property and business operations.

Exceptions:

Refunds for digital products will only be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our end

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
What This Includes:

  • Any item produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider

All POD Products Are Made to Order

Each physical product is custom-printed after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

    • Order number and proof of purchase

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

In these cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • High demand periods

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
